When Logger Pro and Graphical Analysis are both installed on a Mac running OS 10.6 (Snow Leopard), pre-installed files from one program may open in the other program when you double-click them, depending on which application was installed first. These files will likely have an icon that appears blank.

To fix this, use the following steps:
1. Navigate in Finder to a file of the type that isn’t opening properly (.ga3 or .cmbl). The preinstalled files are found in LibraryApplication Support.
2. Control-click on a file and choose Get Info.
4. Change the Open With setting to the correct program, Graphical Analysis or Logger Pro 3.
5. Click Change All and click Continue on the alert message that pops up.

In Finder, the icons that were previously blank should now display the new file association.

See the screenshot for relevant settings in the Get Info window.
