The Data Sharing app is not plotting data on the graph when connected to a LabQuest 2. How can I fix this?

Data Sharing is enabled, but the Data Sharing apps do not receive and plot data points. The table view displays the column headers, but there is no data in the rows.

Try the following three methods to restore normal Data Sharing.
Note: It may not be necessary to do all three methods.

METHOD 1. Disable, then re-enable Data Sharing on the LabQuest 2.
     a. Tap the Wi-Fi icon in the LabQuest toolbar to launch the Connections app.
     b. Tap the Data Sharing gear icon to display the Data Sharing Settings dialog.
     c. Turn Data Sharing off and then back on.
     d. Tap OK to exit the Data Sharing Settings dialog.
     e. Refresh the app by reconnecting to the source (Graphical Analysis) or refreshing the browser (Vernier Data Share web app).

METHOD 2. Reboot the LabQuest 2.
     a. Tap the Home icon and select System.
     b. Tap Reboot and follow the onscreen prompts to reboot the LabQuest.
     c. Refresh the app by reconnecting to the source (Graphical Analysis) or refreshing the browser (Vernier Data Share web app).

METHOD 3. Apply (or re-apply) the latest LabQuest 2 software update.
     a. Download and apply the update as described on the website:
          http://www.vernier.com/labquest/updates/
     b. Refresh the app by reconnecting to the source (Graphical Analysis) or refreshing the browser (Vernier Data Share web app).
