This information pertains to LabQuest 2 and LabQuest 3.

The original LabQuest does not support this functionality.

Data Sharing is enabled, but the Data Sharing apps do not receive and plot data points. The table view displays the column headers, but there is no data in the rows.

Try the following three methods to restore normal Data Sharing.
Note: It may not be necessary to do all three methods.

METHOD 1. Disable, then re-enable Data Sharing on the LabQuest.
     a. Launch the Connections App
LabQuest 2⚊Tap the Wi-Fi icon.
LabQuest 3⚊Select the Connections App from the Settings screen.
     b. Tap the Data Sharing icon (gear or ) to display the Data Sharing Settings dialog.
     c. Turn Data Sharing off and then back on.
     d. Tap OK to exit the Data Sharing Settings dialog.
     e. Refresh the app by reconnecting to the source (Graphical Analysis) or refreshing the browser (Vernier Data Share web app).

METHOD 2. Reboot the LabQuest.
     LabQuest 2⚊Tap the Home icon and select System.
LabQuest 3⚊Tap the Settings icon.
     a. Tap Reboot and follow the onscreen prompts to reboot the LabQuest.
     b. Refresh the app by reconnecting to the source (Graphical Analysis) or refreshing the browser (Vernier Data Share web app).

METHOD 3. Apply (or re-apply) the latest LabQuest software update.
     a. Download and apply the update as described on the website:
          https://www.vernier.com/downloads/
     b. Refresh the app by reconnecting to the source (Graphical Analysis) or refreshing the browser (Vernier Data Share web app).
