The College Board released a new Course and Exam Description document the summer of 2020. This document redefines the “big ideas”, science practices and adds a set of 9 units. There is still a requirement of at least 16 laboratory experiments of which at least 6 be inquiry-based.

This document shows how the experiments in Vernier Chemistry Investigations for Use with AP* Chemistry (APCHEM), align with the new CED from the College Board.

Our lab book, Vernier Chemistry Investigations for Use with AP* Chemistry, contains 16 inquiry-based laboratory experiments aligned with the inquiry investigations published by the College Board.
