This issue has been resolved with version 3.16 of Logger Pro. Update to this version or later for use on non-English Windows 10 computers.

previous text:

Logger Pro doesn’t detect the language code on some non-English versions of Windows 10. When you double click the shortcut to launch Logger Pro, nothing will happen. This is not an issue on Windows 7.

The workaround is to modify the shortcut to force Logger Pro to pick a language:
Can I run Logger Pro in a different Language?

The issue is that Windows has changed the language codes, so “French-Canadian” is now considered different then “French-France”. Likewise “Ecuador-Spanish” is different than “Spain-Spanish”. We don’t have specific translations for each of those, so when Logger Pro fails to find an exact match on the language, it just doesn’t launch at all.
