In order to use the Go Direct Sensors via wireless with Graphical Analysis and Graphical Analysis Pro on a Windows, you need to be on Windows 10, update 1607 or newer (1703 highly recommended) and your hardware needs to support Bluetooth 4.0 (also known as Bluetooth Smart or Bluetooth Low Energy.) The first computers with support for this hardware appeared in late 2011, but not all new computers support it.

To check your hardware:
-Right click on the Start Menu, (control click works, or press and hold on touch screens.)
-Choose “Device Manager” from the list
-Click on the “>” sign next to the word “Bluetooth” in the Device Manager to expand that section (If your Device Manager goes from “Batteries” to “Computer”, you don’t have any Bluetooth hardware on your computer.)
-If you have a “Microsoft Bluetooth LE Enumerator” in that section, you have Bluetooth radio with support for 4.0 and the computer will work with Go Direct Devices wirelessly. If you just have “Microsoft Bluetooth Enumerator”, your computer has a Bluetooth radio that is older than 4.0
-If you computer doesn’t support 4.0, it is possible to add it: Can I use the Go Direct Bluetooth Adapter with Go Direct devices on a computer?
