The sensor is factory calibrated. For many experiments, it will not be necessary to calibrate. However, for more accurate measurements, the sensor can be calibrated using a one-point calibration using a known concentration of atmospheric oxygen.

To calibrate the sensor with Graphical Analysis or Graphical Analysis Pro, first the sensor must be connected to the application. Once connected, click or tap on the meter and select Calibrate. Enter your known oxygen concentration value based on humidity or enter 20.9 and click or tap Keep. Then click or tap Apply.

To calibrate the sensor with LabQuest App, first the sensor must be connected to the device. Once connected, tap on the live O2 gas meter, then select Calibrate… Tap on Calibrate Now and enter your known oxygen concentration value based on humidity or enter 20.9 and tap Apply.

The calibration will be automatically saved to the sensor.
