One of the best resources for classroom design we have found is the Dickinson College physics department. As part of the Workshop Physics curriculum, the faculty did a lot of research on effective classroom design. Dickinson recently built an all-new math and physics building, which was designed on the professors’ design research findings. Some of the drawings used in the workshop physics classroom design are available for download:
