Make sure you are using the latest version of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vernier.com\/ia\">Instrumental Analysis app<\/a>. If using LabQuest 3, make sure you are using version 3.0.3 or newer. If using LabQuest 2, make sure you are using version 2.8.7 or newer.<\/p>\n<p>2. Press and hold the power button until all the LEDs turn off. Reconnect to IA and then retry calibration. <\/p>\n<p>3. If connected via USB, try connecting via Bluetooth. If connected via Bluetooth, try connecting via USB. <\/p>\n<p>4. Try it on another platform. IA is compatible with Chromebooks, Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android devices.
