If a Go Direct sensor is already paired with a device using the device’s Bluetooth settings, attempting to connect the sensor using the Graphical Analysis app will fail. A symptom of this issue is a sensor that connects normally via USB, however, when attempting to connect via Bluetooth, the Bluetooth LED alternately flashes red and green and the connection attempt fails.<\/p>\n
To resolve the issue, go into the Bluetooth Settings of the host device (phone, tablet, computer, etc.), find the connected sensor and choose to “Forget” the connection.<\/p>\n

Note: <\/strong>the red and green flashing of the Bluetooth LED is also used as an indicator for triggering when the sensor is used for remote data logging.
