Access Denied Error."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>After clicking &#8216;OK,&#8217; the following error pops-up and the installation quits. &#8220;You do not have enough access privileges for this installation.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p>In order to correct this, you will need to do the following: <\/p>\n<p>1. Download and install Palm Desktop 4.2.1 for Mac OS X: <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.palm.com\/us\/support\/macintosh\/macdesk421revd.html\">http:\/\/www.palm.com\/us\/support\/macintosh\/macdesk421revd.html<\/a><\/p>\n<p>2. Install Data Pro.<\/p>\n<p>If the problem persists, you may need to change the permissions on the Conduits folder<\/p>\n<p>1. Go to Macintosh HD\/Library\/Application Support\/Palm HotSync\/Conduits<\/p>\n<p>*NOTE* This is the Library Folder on the root level of your Hard Drive, not the Library folder within your Mac OS 10 User folder.<\/p>\n<p>2. Do &#8216;Get Info&#8217; on this folder (Apple &#038; I keys or File > Get Info) <\/p>\n<p>3. Click on the &#8216;Ownerships &#038; Permissions&#8217; tab at the bottom and then the &#8216;Details&#8217; button. <\/p>\n<p>4. Click the lock on the right hand side to unlock these settings. <\/p>\n<p>5. Change the Owner to your username (or the one with (me) at the end). <\/p>\n<p>6. Click the lock on the right hand side to lock these settings .<\/p>\n<p>7. Close the Get Info Window. <\/p>\n<p>8.
