If your Heart Rate sensor is not working properly it could be an issue with the Polar Transmitter Module<\/a>. <\/p>\n

To reset the module:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Remove the module form the hand-grips or chest strap.<\/li>\n
  2. Remove the battery from the module.<\/li>\n
  3. Press the metal snaps on the module with your fingers for at least 10 seconds.<\/li>\n
  4. Wait 30 seconds and then put the battery back in.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    After the reset, try pairing the sensor with your devices again.<\/p>\n

    The Polar Transmitter Module is included with the Go Wireless Heart Rate<\/a>, Go Wireless Exercise Heart Rate<\/a>, Hand Grip Heart Rate<\/a>, and Exercise Heart Rate Monitor<\/a><\/p>\n
