Once zeroed, confirm that the flow rate is zero or very nearly so.<\/li>\n<li>Connect a bacterial filter and a mouthpiece to the side of the sensor marked &#8220;Inlet.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Start data collection and exhale into the sensor.
