However, available features in Logger <em>Pro<\/em> v3.16.2 depend on the computer operating system.<br \/><a href=\"\/til\/22449\/\">What are the known issues with Logger <i>Pro<\/i> 3.16.2 and the latest computer operating systems?<\/a><\/p>\n<p>To do basic data collection with fewer than 500 data points, without the use of any video features, we recommend the following as a minimum:<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-very-light-gray-background-color has-background\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Windows<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Windows 10 or 11, 32- or 64-bit<\/li>\n<li>Intel or AMD Processor running at 1 GHz or faster (no ARM processors)<\/li>\n<li>1 GB total minimum RAM (32-bit) or 2 GB (64-bit.)<\/li>\n<li>800 MB of hard disk space for a minimum installation (additional 1 GB free during installation)<\/li>\n<li>Available USB port<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Known limitations for recent Windows versions<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Print to PDF will cause Logger <em>Pro<\/em> to freeze.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-very-light-gray-background-color has-background\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">macOS<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>macOS&nbsp; 10.13, 10.14, 10.15, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15<\/li>\n<li>2 GB RAM<\/li>\n<li>200 MB of hard disk space for a minimum installation (additional 1 GB free during installation)<\/li>\n<li>Available USB port<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Known limitations for recent macOS versions<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The WDSS is not supported on macOS 11 and newer.<\/li>\n<li>Bluetooth connection to LabQuest Stream  is not supported on macOS 11 and newer; use USB instead.<\/li>\n<li>Screen redrawing performance will suffer if Logger <em>Pro<\/em> is used full screen on larger monitors.<\/li>\n<li>Screen redrawing performance will suffer if screen objects (graphs, tables, etc.) are allowed to overlap within the Logger <em>Pro<\/em> window.<\/li>\n<li>Printing from Logger <em>Pro<\/em> fails with macOS 13 or newer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-very-light-gray-background-color has-background\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Chrome OS<\/h3>\n<p>Logger <i>Pro<\/i> cannot be used with this operating system.
