The units work fine on LabQuests.  Note on LabPro the Rotary Motion Sensor needs to be setup manually (See: <a href=\"\/til\/1955\/\">Rotary Motion Sensor will not Auto ID with LabPro.<\/a> ) regardless of if the unit is defective or not, but once the unit is setup, the readings should be non-zero if you move the wheel.<\/p>\n<p>If you received one of these units, contact us to arrange a repair.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<div
