We designed a replacement and started shipping units with a fix in January of 2024, as well as issued a recall so that we could fix units already in the field.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you look at the bottom of the unit there will be a label that lists a model number.  The model number of the defective units is &#8220;GDXCRGXXXX<strong>R1<\/strong>&#8220;.  Units that have been repaired will have a sticker that says &#8220;Updated to Revision 2&#8221;.
