Symptoms of the freeze are:<\/p>\n<p>* Screen is on but not responsive to taps (may show battery warning message)<br \/>\n* Blue power light is on but power button will not work.<br \/>\n* Hard keys are not responsive.<\/p>\n<p>The fix is to do a hard reset.
