PROBLEM<\/strong>
Windows computers running Graphical Analysis v5.18.3 (or earlier) will fail to update to v6.0.0 (or later) when using the self-update mechanism.<\/p>\n

SOLUTION<\/strong>
To resolve this issue, download the current Graphical Analysis installer<\/a>, and update the app using the full installer.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Once the v6.x.x update has been installed, subsequent self-updates will work as expected.<\/p>\n

CAN’T INSTALL UPDATES YOURSELF?<\/strong>
If you need to use the updated app but cannot immediately install the update yourself, open a Chrome or Edge browser and enter the URL https:\/\/graphicalanalysis.app<\/a><\/a> to access the Progressive Web App version of Graphical Analysis. If you use Graphical Analysis Pro, you will need to enter your Graphical Analysis Pro License Key (available in My Downloads<\/em> of your Vernier.com account) to activate the Pro features in this app.<\/p>\n
