The Projectile Launcher can be used with or without an interface.<\/p>\n
If you are using the launcher with an interface, the speed of the ball can be determined from the pulse time recorded by the photogates.<\/p>\n
If you are using the launcher without an interface, you will need to supply a LabQuest power supply (order code LQ-PS).<\/p>\n
Auto-ID<\/b>
\nThe Projectile Launcher will auto-ID with:
\n-LabQuest App 1.6 or newer
\n-Original LabQuest (v1.6 or newer) as an interface with Logger Pro<\/i> 3.8.4.2 or newer
\n-LabQuest Mini or LabQuest 2 as an interface with Logger Pro<\/i> 3.8.5 or newer<\/p>\n
The Projectile Launcher will not autoID with LabPro, earlier versions of the original LabQuest than listed above, or with any TI product.<\/p>\n
Manual Setup<\/b>
\nTo use the Projectile Launcher with Logger Pro<\/i> 3.8.4.2 and LabPro or LabQuest Mini, you will need to open an experiment file within Logger Pro<\/i>. To do this, choose Open from the File menu, then navigate within the Experiments folder and choose the Probes & Sensors folder.
