If your battery still does not hold a charge or recharge as expected after applying the update, try the following:<\/p>\n
-From the Home menu, choose System \/ Shut Down.
\n-Disconnect your LabQuest from AC power and remove the battery.
\n-After waiting for at least 1 minute, replace the battery and reconnect the AC adapter.
\n-Turn on the LabQuest and allow it to charge for 12 hours with the unit powered on.<\/p>\n
Note: <\/b>Leaving the unit on during charging is only for troubleshooting purposes. The LabQuest should normally be powered down when left on a charger for the night.<\/p>\n
