The elastic straps should always be used to attach the stationary arm of the sensor to the upper arm or leg.<\/p>\n<p>If the subject is wearing running tights, or a form fitting long sleeve shirt, you can also use hook and loop tape to attach the flexible arm of the goniometer to the subject&#8217;s clothing. <\/p>\n<p>3M sells tape that is 1 inch wide that works well for this application.
