What should I do?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>First, check that the source of the glow is not condensed moisture on the underside of the lid. See <\/p>\n<p>Next, turn the power switch fully to the On position. If the whole area of the orange lid glows a fuzzy yellow-orange, you will need to call Vernier&#8217;s Tech Support team to arrange a repair or a replacement for the lid.<\/p>\n<p>If you are comfortable with removing and replacing the lid with a Phillips screwdriver, a replacement lid can be sent.
