TROUBLESHOOTING
\n– Primary Test: When you connect the Emissions Spectrometer to a device running Spectral Analysis using a USB cable, it should automatically be detected by Spectral Analysis. When you connect the Emissions Spectrometer to LabQuest using a USB cable, it should automatically be detected by the LabQuest App. When you connect the Emissions Spectrometer to your computer using a USB cable, it should automatically be detected by Logger Pro<\/i>.<\/p>\n

This sensor requires
\nLogger Pro<\/i> 3\u2014v3.8.6.2 or newer
\nOriginal LabQuest\u2014v1.7.1 or newer
\nLabQuest 2\u2014v2.2.1 or newer
\nLabQuest 3\u2014any version
\nSpectral Analysis\u2014v4.7 or newer<\/p>\n
