Computers running Windows 7 may not have version 4.0 or newer if they have not been updated or if the computer administrator has chosen not to install optional .NET Framework updates.<\/p>\n
If LabQuest Viewer prompts a message to install .NET v4.0 and does not complete the installation, run Windows Update, select the optional update “Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2 for Windows 7…”, and apply that update to the system.<\/p>\n
