{"id":3439,"date":"2015-04-14T18:58:16","date_gmt":"2015-04-15T01:58:16","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"-0001-11-30T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"-0001-11-30T07:00:00","slug":"3439","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vernier.com\/til\/3439","title":{"rendered":"Why does my Power Amplifier cause my LabQuest to disconnect from Logger Pro when I try to set the frequency?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This can occur if you have a Power Amplifier plugged into a to LabQuest that is connected to a computer running Logger <i>Pro<\/i> data-collection software. <\/p>\n<p>If you left an entry screen open on LabQuest from either the Power Amplifier or the Audio Function Generator before you connected LabQuest to the computer, it may have caused communication issues between LabQuest and Logger <i>Pro<\/i>.<\/p>\n<p>To resolve the issue, disconnect LabQuest from the computer, navigate to the entry screen that was left open and close it. Reconnect LabQuest to the computer.
