Make sure you are running the latest version of the LabQuest software.<\/b><br \/>a. LabQuest 2\u2014Tap Home &gt; System &gt; System Information<br \/>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 LabQuest 3\u2014Tap Settings &gt; System Information<br \/>b. Verify the LabQuest version number with the one shown at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vernier.com\/downloads\/\">https:\/\/www.vernier.com\/downloads\/<\/a><br \/>c. If you are not running the latest software, update your LabQuest.<\/p>\n<p><b>2. Forget the Network<\/b><br \/>a. LabQuest 2\u2014Tap the Wi-Fi icon to launch the Connections App.<br \/>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 LabQuest 3\u2014Tap Connections App from the Settings screen.<br \/>b. Tap the top-right icon to view the Network Settings dialog.<br \/>c. Tap the Enterprise network to which you want to connect so it is shown above the list of available networks. (You likely will have to attempt to connect again.)<br \/>d. Tap the icon in the top-right corner to access the Network Details dialog.<br \/>e. Tap Forget Network.<\/p>\n<p><b>3. Connect to the network again using a valid network login.<\/b><br \/>a. LabQuest 2\u2014Tap the Wi-Fi icon to launch the Connections App.<br \/>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 LabQuest 3\u2014Tap Connections App from the Settings screen.<br \/>b. Tap the top-right icon to view the Network Settings dialog.<br \/>c. Tap the Enterprise network to which you want to connect.<br \/>d. Enter a valid user name and passphrase then tap Connect.<\/p>\n<p>If the above steps fail to get the LabQuest connected to the network, repeat steps 2-3, try a different user login, and reboot the LabQuest.
