Please use a USB connection or an alternative platform.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/details>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\">\n<summary><strong>\ud83d\udd01 Full Power Reset Instructions<\/strong><\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Use this procedure if your spectrometer won\u2019t power on, is unresponsive, or not identified via any method:<\/p>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Disconnect all cables (USB, AC power, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Remove the battery.<\/li>\n<li>Wait 1 full minute to allow the device to fully discharge.<\/li>\n<li>Reconnect the AC power adapter (leave the battery out).<br \/><em>\u2192 At this point, the Battery LED should be red, and all other LEDs off.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Press the power button.<br \/><em>\u2192 The Battery LED should stay red, Power LED should turn green, Bluetooth LED should blink, and USB LED should stay off.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>If the LEDs behave as described:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ol start=\"6\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reinsert the battery.<\/li>\n<li>Connect to desired software.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u26a0\ufe0f <strong>Important:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Charge the battery overnight for best performance.<\/li>\n<li>Remove the AC power cable before data collection, as it can heat the sample.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>If the LEDs do NOT turn on:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul start=\"6\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>With AC still connected and the battery still removed, plug in the USB cable to your computer.<br \/><em>\u2192 The Battery LED should be red, Power LED green, USB LED green, and Bluetooth LED off.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Remove the AC power cable \u2014 the spectrometer should stay on and remain recognized in Spectral Analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Disconnect the USB cable.<\/li>\n<li>Reinsert the battery.<\/li>\n<li>Press the power button.<br \/><em>\u2192 The Power LED should turn green, and the Bluetooth LED should begin blinking.
