TROUBLESHOOTING
\nPrimary Test: If mBot is new, insert new batteries into battery pack and turn on mBot. mBot should beep three times. Press mBot’s onboard button; pressing it once will put it in “obstacle avoidance” mode. mBot should drive forward until it encounters an obstacle; then, it will turn and drive in a different direction.<\/p>\n

If you have uploaded programs to mBot, connect mBot to a computer using the included USB cable. Follow the instructions in How do I reset my mBot back to the Default Program?<\/a> to return mBot to the Default Program. Verify that mBot behaves as described above.<\/p>\n
