Graphical Analysis on Android requires a minimum Android OS (see chart below), and an up-to-date Android System WebView. These are updated separately, so it is possible that the WebView component on a tablet may not have been updated in years.<\/p>\n

One symptom of a stale WebView is a white screen on launch of Graphical Analysis. If this happens, update WebView. A stale WebView file is most often found on tablets such as the Nexus 7.<\/p>\n

  1. Open the Play Store app on the smartphone or tablet suffering this issue.<\/li>\n
  2. Search for \u201cAndroid System WebView<\/strong>\u201d<\/li>\n
  3. Select Update<\/strong>. If it doesn’t say \u201cUpdate<\/strong>\u201d, skip this step.<\/li>\n
  4. Search the Play Store for \u201cGoogle Chrome\u201d<\/li>\n
  5. Select Update<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
