{"id":4235,"date":"2019-10-09T18:17:20","date_gmt":"2019-10-10T01:17:20","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2025-03-17T14:38:21","modified_gmt":"2025-03-17T21:38:21","slug":"4235","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vernier.com\/til\/4235","title":{"rendered":"Graphical Analysis App for Windows reports &#8220;The Bluetooth connection has been lost&#8221; when trying to connect to a sensor."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>When you launch the Graphical Analysis app on Windows and attempt to connect a wireless sensor, you may immediately get an error message, &#8220;The Bluetooth connection has been lost.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The most common cause of this issue<\/strong> is that the Go Direct sensor was paired within the Windows OS settings before opening Graphical Analysis. You do not need to pair the Go Direct sensors with Windows 10 versions 1703 or higher.
