In order to use the Go Direct Sensors via wireless with Graphical Analysis and Graphical Analysis Pro on a Windows, you need to be on Windows 10, update 1607 or newer (1703 highly recommended) and your hardware needs to support Bluetooth 4.0 (also known as Bluetooth Smart or Bluetooth Low Energy.) The first computers with support for this hardware appeared in late 2011, but not all new computers support it.<\/p>\n

Checking Your Hardware<\/h3>\n

  1. Right click on the Start Menu, (control click works, or press and hold on touch screens.)<\/li>\n
  2. Choose “Device Manager” from the list.
    \u25cf If your Device Manager goes from “Batteries” to “Computer”, you don’t have any Bluetooth hardware on your computer.<\/li>\n
  3. Expand the “Bluetooth” entry in the Device Manager
    \u25cf If you have “Microsoft Bluetooth Enumerator”<\/strong>, your computer has a older Bluetooth radio
    \u25cf If you have “Microsoft Bluetooth LE Enumerator”<\/strong> in that section, you have Bluetooth radio with support for 4.0 and the computer will work with Go Direct Devices wirelessly. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
