Ensure the Battery Is Fully Charged<br \/>A low battery is the most common cause of dropped Bluetooth connections.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Charge the device overnight using the AC power adapter.<\/li>\n<li>The battery indicator LED should turn green when fully charged.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2705 2. Disconnect Any USB Cables<br \/>The spectrometer\u2019s Bluetooth radio will not function reliably if the USB cable is plugged into a computer or platform.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Unplug the USB cable before using Bluetooth.<\/li>\n<li>Bluetooth can work while connected to AC power, but not with USB data connections.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2705 3. Perform a Full Power Reset of the spectrometer<\/p>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Unplug all cables (USB, AC). <\/li>\n<li>Remove the battery. <\/li>\n<li>Wait one full minute. <\/li>\n<li>Reconnect the AC power adapter only (leave the battery out). <\/li>\n<li>Press the power button:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If LEDs turn on, reinsert the battery and retry Bluetooth. <\/li>\n<li>If not, connect via USB to confirm it&#8217;s recognized, then repeat the steps.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2705 4. Use the Latest Version of Software <br \/>Use Spectral Analysis v4.4 or newer.<br \/>LabQuest 2 and LabQuest 3 do not support Bluetooth connections with Go Direct spectrometers.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2705 5.
