Connect your sensor as described in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vernier.com\/til\/get-started\/go-direct\">Getting Started instructions for your device<\/a>.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Primary Test<\/strong>\n<ol style=\"list-style-type:lower-alpha\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> Connect a bacterial filter and a mouthpiece to the side of the sensor marked &#8220;Inlet.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li> Hold the spirometer upright and still.<\/li>\n<li> Click or tap &#8220;Collect&#8221; to start data collection.<\/li>\n<li> Collect data for inhalation and exhalation. Confirm that the flow rate and lung volumes are reasonable. No. The Go Direct Spirometer is factory calibrated and should not require calibration by the user. For the most accurate volume measurements, we recommend adjusting the volume channel using a 2\u00a0L calibration syringe (not included).
