Why am I charged taxes?

During checkout, you can claim your tax exemption status and upload a certificate. Note that taxes may apply if you pay with a personal credit card.

Why am I charged a tariff surcharge?

Due to recent changes in U.S. trade policy, new tariffs are being implemented that impact our products. Although most of our products are proudly manufactured here in the U.S., many of the components we rely on come from international suppliers and are now subject to these tariffs. Based on the most current guidance, this means a surcharge of 5% will be applied to orders received starting May 12th, with the exception of software and books. Learn more

How do I request a quote for exact pricing and eligible discounts?

Add products to your cart and click on the button "Request a Quote". A formal quote with applicable discounts, shipping, and taxes will be prepared for you.

How quickly will my order be processed?

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders will not be delivered on weekends. If all of your items are in stock, we will ship your order in 1 to 2 business days.
