For U.S. visitors, all prices are in U.S. dollars and are F.O.B. shipping point. All prices are subject to change without notice.

For international visitors, all prices shown are Export Prices, in U.S. dollars, and are EXW our warehouse. All prices are subject to change without notice. Please contact your Vernier dealer for your local prices.

Our estimated shipping charge within the continental United States is 4% with an $14.00 minimum (for UPS Ground). For residential addresses, we have a $16.00 minimum.

Increased shipping charges for heavier items, such as for some KidWind items, tracks, Vernier Structures & Materials Tester, or Force Plates, may apply due to weight.

For orders to be used outside the US, please contact your Vernier dealer for your local pricing including shipping, insurance and any applicable duty and taxes.

We are required to collect sales/use tax in most states; therefore, all orders may be subject to sales/use tax, depending on the ship-to state and the person/entity being billed. A sales tax exemption certificate must be on file to avoid having sales tax added to your order. A district/school sales tax exemption certificate is not valid on an order paid by personal credit card.

All Vernier orders for use outside of the US and Canada are handled by our international distributor, Vernier International, and the worldwide network of Vernier dealers.

You can redeem a Vernier gift certificate or coupon by doing any of the following:

  • Scan your gift certificate, then attach it to the appropriate field during the checkout process. 
  • Mail the original gift certificate or coupon code to us with your purchase order.
  • Place an order on our web store and include a note on the order that you have a gift certificate or coupon. We will contact you about how to send us the gift certificate. If you have an APSI or Modeling coupon code, include the coupon code number.

We will apply the gift certificate or coupon amount to your order and send an invoice or bill your credit card for any remaining balance.

Most Vernier products are available for a 30-day preview (or longer) to educational institutions. Please contact us to arrange a preview.

We have a very generous site license policy. The purchase of one copy of Logger ProLabQuest Viewer, or Graphical Analysis computer software entitles you to install it on every computer in your school or, for post-secondary institutions, department. Logger Lite is available as a free download. Installation to local machines over a network is allowed. Purchasers are also permitted to distribute these programs to their students and instructors for home use. The license is limited to a single campus if your institution has multiple campuses.

Site license terms do not apply to Vernier iOS or Android software products. Vernier iOS software is available through the Apple Volume Purchase Program. Vernier Android software is available through Google Play.

Most Vernier-branded products carry a five-year limited warranty. During the warranty period, Vernier will repair or replace the item if there is a defect in materials or workmanship. Outside the warranty, Vernier will attempt to repair most products, often at no charge.

The Vernier warranty covers products when used by educational institutions only.

A Return Merchandise Authorization, available from Vernier, is required for any product return. Items returned after 30 days of purchase may be subject to a restocking fee. Equipment returned for exchange or credit must be in new condition and in its original packaging. Equipment will not be accepted for exchange or credit, and will be returned to the customer, if the items are marked on, etched, labeled, or otherwise not in like-new condition.

A completed W9 is required for registering Vernier as a vendor.
