We require address validation in order to accurately calculate applicable taxes. If you are unable to checkout because your address is not validating, please try the following:

  1. Double check that all of the address information is entered correctly.
  2. Check the address using the USPS tool to ensure it’s in the recommended format.

If the shipping address is showing as invalid from USPS (i.e. some colleges or universities and rural schools), and your billing address is different, here is a workaround:

  1. Uncheck the “Ship to a Different Address” checkbox above the shipping address fields. The shipping address fields will no longer be shown.
  2. Enter your billing address.
  3. Click on the “Validate Address” button under the billing address.
  4. Once the billing address is validated, check the “Ship to a Different Address” checkbox. Do NOT click the “Validate Address” button after the shipping address fields.
  5. You should be able to complete the order checkout.
