The Dynamics Cart and Track System (DTS) comes with a Photogate Bracket (PGB-VDS) to connect a Photogate (VPG-BTD) or Go Direct® Photogate (GDX-VPG) to the track. This rectangular plastic bracket connects to the track’s side channel and allows you to adjust the height of the photogate above the track.
The following video shows how to use the Photogate Bracket to connect a Photogate to the track.
Note: You will want to adjust the height of the photogate so that the photogate beam is cleanly blocked/unblocked by the “flag” on the cart.
