Vernier Connections requires access to certain domains in order to function.

If an IT system only provides access to certain domains, the following domains must be on an allow-list for full functionality.

  • *.vernierconnections.app
  • *.graphicalanalysis.app
  • *.videoanalysis.app (for future use)
  • ed.link
  • for videos
    • youtube.com
    • youtu.be
  • for embedded interactive content
    • lab.concord.org
    • phet.colorado.edu

Note that individual lessons may have links to external sites as chosen by the content creators. For lessons created by Vernier Science Education authors, a list of needed domains will be provided in the Prepare for Lesson section of the instructor information.

Lessons created by individual instructors may have additional links outside of Vernier control.

An example of the kinds of domains that might be found in some lessons is cdc.gov or noaa.gov.

Ports 80 and 443 are needed.
