This is likely the result of the LabQuest desktop software not functioning as expected. To verify this, close all applications and quit the LabQuest Application (File > Quit). If the LabQuest shows a blue screen with Vernier on the side, the desktop software is no longer running.
To fix this issue, you will need to reboot your LabQuest. Press and hold the power button until the shutdown screen is displayed or the LabQuest unit turns off. Now power the unit back on. Your LabQuest should start up normally.
