Short Answer: Yes. Use Logger Pro versions 3.10.2 through 3.15.

Longer Answer:

Apple released Mac OS X 10.11 (El Capitan) on September 30, 2015.  Apple (and Vernier) typically support any given major OS version for 3 years with newer software versions; new application software released after 2018Q4 may or may not work as intended on El Capitan.

Logger Pro

Logger Pro 3.10.2 through 3.15 is fully compatible with El Capitan. Notably, version 3.10.1 will not work on El Capitan if the data collection interface is the LabQuest Mini.
Logger Pro 3.10.1 or older does not find my LabQuest Mini using OS X 10.11

Logger Lite

Logger Lite 1.8 (released March 2015), largely runs correctly on 10.11. However, users of the LabQuest Mini interface will be unable to connect until Logger Lite 1.8.1 is released (currently slated for January 2016 release).

LabQuest Viewer

Viewer 2.0 works as expected on El Capitan.

Graphical Analysis for Desktop

GA 3.8.4 (for desktop) runs on El Capitan when the primary language is set to English.

LabQuest Emulator
