If you connect the FLIR ONE camera to your device, turn on the camera, and then open the Thermal Analysis app, sometimes the app does not recognize the camera when you are ready to start the experiment. If the camera is on and the screen remains on the “Connect FLIR ONE device” screen for longer than 10 seconds, try disconnecting and reconnecting the camera.
