In some cases a Watts Up Pro (No Longer Sold) (WU-PRO, discontinued) may stop collecting data unexpectedly when used on a LabQuest 2. This is a USB compatibility issue with the Watts Up Pro and the LabQuest 2.

Try the following:

1) Try connecting the Watts Up to the LabQuest through a USB hub. It may need to be a powered USB hub.
2) Verify that the Watts Up can be used to collect more data on a computer or original LabQuest.
3) If possible, try using a different LabQuest 2 or a different Watts Up.
