It is possible to get a LabQuest 2 into a state where connected sensors that typically auto-ID are not displayed in Meter View. This is typically caused by the LabQuest App not allowing sensors associated with the current file to be added, so when they are connected the sensors are ignored.

To resolve the issue, tap File > New to reset the app. You may be prompted to save or discard the current file.

If File < New fails to resolve the issue, tap Home > System > Reboot and reboot your LabQuest.
