To perform all of the projects you will need the following package of Vernier sensors and Vernier Sensor Adapter for EV3 and NXT:

LEGO Robotics Equipment
You will need the LEGO® MINDSTORMS® Education EV3 Core Set. The LEGO® MINDSTORMS® software is included in the purchase of the EV3 Core Set:

The following projects require additional equipment:
The Plant Waterer project requires a LEGO Pneumatic Hand Pump and pneumatic tubing.
The Cartesian Diver project requires a LEGO Pneumatic Hand Pump, pneumatic tubing and LEGO Pneumatic Switch.
The Solar Tracker project requires two small solar panels, such as KidWind 2V/400mA Solar Panel, order code KW-SP2V, $19
At this time, LEGO Education sells a Pneumatics Add-On Set (part number 9641) that includes pumps, switches, tubing, an air tank, cylinders, and a manometer.
