Go Wireless Temp cannot be used with Windows 10 Creators Update and Logger Pro

On April 11, 2017, Microsoft released a major update to Windows 10. Called the Creator's Update, the build number is 15063.

This new version of Windows changes the way that applications can communicate with BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) devices.

At this time, Logger Pro is not compatible with Go Wireless Temp when running Windows 10 Creators Update. We do not know if this functionality will be restored.

Use of Logger Pro with LabQuest Stream and the Wireless Dynamics Sensor System is unaffected, as these devices use classic Bluetooth and not BLE.

To determine which version of Windows 10 is active,

1. Use the Windows key + R keyboard shortcut to open the Run command.
2. Type winver in the box.
3. Click OK.

If you see Version 1703 along with OS Build, then the Windows 10 Creators Update is installed on your computer. Build 1709 is the Fall 2017 Creators Update, which also does not support Go Wireless Temp.
