The shaft of the Go Direct^® Optical Dissolved Oxygen Probe (GDX-ODO) has an outer diameter of 12 mm. It is 22.7 cm long and the widest part of the body is 37 mm.

It is compatible with the Primary Productivity Kit (PPK), Water Quality Bottles (8 bottles) (WQ-BOT), and the Electrode Support (ESUP).

It also has threading where the shaft meets the body allowing attachment of the Optical DO Probe Metal Guard (ODO-GRD) and the accessories.
