Updating your Vernier Go Direct® sensor firmware helps keep your devices performing at their best. Firmware updates can add new features, improve compatibility, and fix bugs. If you were prompted in the Vernier Graphical Analysis® app to update, that usually means the update is more critical. We recommend completing these updates as soon as possible.

- Identify when a firmware update is needed
- Download and install the Go Direct Firmware Updater for Mac or Windows
- Connect your sensor via USB (updates can’t be done over Bluetooth®)
- Safely update one sensor at a time
- Confirm your device is up to date
