A movie may display as a blank (white or black) object for one of these reasons:

1. There is a message that begins with Can’t find movie. In this case, the link to the movie file is broken. Make sure the movie file is in the proper location. See

2. The file format is not supported. See
   My video doesn't open in Logger Pro. What can I do?
