If your battery still does not hold a charge or recharge as expected after applying the update, try the following:

-From the Home menu, choose System / Shut Down.
-Disconnect your LabQuest from AC power and remove the battery.
-After waiting for at least 1 minute, replace the battery and reconnect the AC adapter.
-Turn on the LabQuest and allow it to charge for 12 hours with the unit powered on.

Note: Leaving the unit on during charging is only for troubleshooting purposes. The LabQuest should normally be powered down when left on a charger for the night.
