The first version of the Dual-Range Force Sensor (DFS-BTA), shipped in 1997. Over the years, the design has been updated and improved several times. Use the following images and descriptions to determine which version you have:

2004-2007: paper labels
Note: This model is now out of warranty. Unfortunately we no longer have replacement parts (strain gauge or cable) for this version anymore; they cannot be repaired.

2008: slightly smaller thickness, silk-screened labels (printed directly on the plastic), with the sensor name in Mixed Case letters

2009-2017: silk-screened labels, with the sensor name in CAPITAL letters

2018-current: slightly larger, rounded box
